Ronald Ludwig represents our clients’ interests with the tax authorities and before the tax tribunals. He advises on all tax questions – on appeals proceedings, on audits by the tax authorities, and on criminal tax law.
In his work relating to commercial law, the law of contract and company law he advises both companies and private individuals in carrying out their corporate plans – in company start-ups and restructuring, and generally in day-to-day business.
His expertise has brought Ronald Ludwig various posts on advisory boards and for many years he has been an honorary counsel and juror for the Berlin-Brandenburg Business Plan Competition, Germany’s biggest regional action plan for company start-ups.
Ronald Ludwig is a specialist counsel in tax law and in 2015 he passed his examination as specialist counsel in commercial and company law.
